Items that are not available at Uppsala University Library can be requested as interlibrary loans by students, researchers and staff at Uppsala University and by staff at Uppsala County Council.

Books

Borrowing books from any of the Nordic countries using interlibrary loans is free of charge. Loans from non-Nordic libraries cost SEK 200.

There are two ways of requesting books:

• using the University Library's form below
• using the LIBRIS Customer Orders

Copies of articles

You will be charged for copies of journal articles, see Prices. Journals are never lent out.

Order

1. Choose your subject library, i.e. the library that caters for your subject, in the roll-down menu.
2. Choose to borrow a book or order copies of an article.
3. Fill in as many details as possible about the book or article.
4. Click on the Order button.
